It's good to talk

Everyone needs to talk to somebody at some time in their lives when they have issues that are troubling them. There may be times when you may not wish to burden your friends or relatives or have issues that are too private to share with them and you need a different level of counselling. Dealing with problems on your own may prove difficult and you may feel the need for independent support, which is where counselling can help.
