Individual approach

I will jointly review your expectations and goals in counselling and I will work with you on an individual level to help you find a way forward. You will be helped to feel comfortable, be encouraged to express your thoughts and feelings without any fear of being judged. As individuals we all respond to different methods and I work with our differences rather than the 'one size fits all' approach. I will respond to your psychological and emotional needs.
